— President and CEO, Jean-Pierre Sakey, announced today that Headway Corporate Resources Inc., a leading human capital management company, will move its corporate headquarters and central administrative offices from New York City to Raleigh, North Carolina and will also open a national recruitment center in Tarboro, North Carolina creating a total of 188 new full-time jobs in the state of North Carolina over the next five years.Headway Corporate Resources is the 30th recipient of a Job Development Investment Grant (JDIG) since North Carolina Governor, Michael Easley started the program in 2002 to help strategically important businesses and industries locate and expand in North Carolina.

Mr. Sakey said Raleigh was selected after "a nearly yearlong process of evaluating alternatives that provided not only economic incentives but addressed quality of business environment and quality of life for our employees." Mr. Sakey stressed that "the clear partnership between government, business and the education sector in developing knowledge workers was central in our decision-making process."
